Thanks for the updates and photos! This long cold winter in the UP has been the worst since 1971 according to the weather experts…
I had a knee replacement in mid-January, so staying inside most of the time and doing exercises 6-9 hours a day has kept me busy!
The largest boatshed roof collapsed under the snow and wind. Fortunately Adena was not in that shed. But other boats had considerable damage. Lots of other buildings with roof collapsed in this area.
We and Vern Yetman are really hoping to get to the North Channel this summer…we have been away too long! He sold his Gozzard 36, and has downsized to a Cape Dory 31 “Mystic”, after a Cape Dory 27, which really did not suit his cruising style (and is for sale).
